Does this saree have a Korvai border?

No. This is not a Korvai saree. The deep bottle-green to forest-green border provides a strong contrast against the rose-pink body, but the saree does not feature Korvai interlocking construction.

An eligible request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery to wecare@prabhasheritage.co.in or WhatsApp +91 7356777369 with your Order ID. The saree must be unused, unworn and unwashed with tags, invoice and original packaging intact, and our approval is required before anything is sent back. Altered or customised sarees are not eligible. Transit damage, a missing item or an incorrect item needs one continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video beginning with the sealed parcel and showing the shipping label. Do you ship internationally, and who pays customs?

Yes, we ship worldwide to supported destinations. Charges and transit time depend on destination, parcel weight, order value and courier. Customs duty, import tax, brokerage and local charges are payable by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.

Is Cash on Delivery available on this saree?

No. This saree is priced above ₹5,000 and must be prepaid. COD is available only on eligible domestic orders below ₹5,000, subject to delivery PIN code, courier acceptance and order verification.

When will my order be dispatched, and is shipping free?

Ready-to-ship products are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation or COD verification. Delivery after dispatch is 3–5 business days to major metros and 5–7 business days elsewhere in India. Standard domestic shipping is free on prepaid orders, and tracking is shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
