Shipping & Handling

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our ethnic wear and jewellery. To ensure your items arrive in pristine condition, we follow a rigorous quality check and packaging process.

  • Order Processing:
    • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Packaging Excellence:
    • Sarees: Each saree is elegantly packed in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging to protect its drape, finish, and timeless charm.
    • Jewellery: Each piece is individually wrapped in honey comb wrap and placed in a rigid, tamper-proof jewellery box. We use a "double-boxing" method for high-value items to provide maximum shock absorption during transit.

Delivery Timelines

We partner with leading courier services to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Domestic (India):
    • Metros: 3–5 business days.
    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders:
    • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders for Sarees and Jewellery orders.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only for orders below ₹5,000. A handling fee of ₹150 applies on all COD orders.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Live Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp notification with a unique AWB (Airway Bill) number and a tracking link.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping may incur additional costs.
  • Damages in Transit: We provide fully insured shipping for jewellery. If you receive a tampered or damaged package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof for any damage claims.
