Returns & Exchange Policy
At Prabha's Heritage, we strive to ensure every piece of ethnic elegance reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this window will not be entertained.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and invoices intact.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To protect against transit damage or missing items, a 360-degree uncut unboxing video is compulsory. The video must start from the sealed package and clearly show the shipping label.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jewellery: Due to hygiene standards, all jewellery (especially pierced earrings) is non-returnable unless received in a damaged condition (verified by unboxing video).
- Sale Items: Products purchased during a clearance, flash sale, or using specific discount codes.
3. The Return Process
- Initiate Request: Email us at wecare@prabhasheritage.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91-7356777369 with your Order ID and the mandatory unboxing video.
- Approval: Our team will review the video and images. Once approved (usually within 24–48 hours), we will share instructions for the return.

Pickup/Self-Ship:
- Return: Once your return is approved, please ship the unused product(s) back within 5 days in their original packaging, using a reliable courier and sharing the tracking details. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and refunds will not be processed for damaged items or missing packaging.
- Self-Ship: If your pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you must ship the item back to our warehouse using a trackable service.
