Refunds & Store Credit

• Prepaid Orders: After the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders are issued as Store Credit (valid for 3 months) or Cash refunds will be processed only for approved and eligible returns that strictly meet our return conditions and successfully pass internal quality inspection and will be credited via NEFT to the bank account matching the original order details.
• Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a different design or colour, we will ship the replacement once the original item is received and verified. The replacement will be delivered in 7-10 business working days.

Important Notes on "Defects"

• Handloom Variations: Since our sarees are handcrafted, slight irregularities in weaving, embroidery, or small thread pulls are marks of authenticity and are not considered defects.
• Colour Discrepancy: A 10–15% variation in colour may occur due to digital photography and screen settings. Returns based solely on minor colour shade differences are not accepted.
