This document is an electronic record in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules thereunder, including the amended provisions relating to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access to or usage of the website www.prabhasheritage.co.in and any related mobile site or application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned and operated by Prabha’s Heritage, having its registered office at Ernakulam, Kerala (hereinafter referred to as “Prabha’s Heritage”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

All prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your purchase, including product price, shipping charges, taxes, and any other applicable fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incomplete payment.

  • your infringement of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights

11. Force Majeure

Prabha’s Heritage shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, technical failures, supply disruptions, transport issues, or other force majeure events.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Ernakulam, Kerala].
