Pavizham by Prabha's Heritage is premium heritage imitation jewellery. Our pieces use a brass-alloy base with either an antique gold-plated or a premium micro gold-plated finish, as stated on each product page — not solid gold, not gold covering, and we do not quote a gold content.

Stones are described by their visible tone: ruby-toned, emerald-toned, AD-toned, clear-toned and pearl-like. We do not represent them as precious gemstones or natural pearls.

We do not publish nickel-free, hypoallergenic or anti-tarnish claims, because we have not verified them. If plated jewellery has irritated your skin before, message us before you order rather than after.

Ready-to-ship products are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment or COD verification. Indicative delivery after dispatch is 3–5 business days to major metros and 5–7 business days to other serviceable Indian locations. Standard domestic shipping is free on prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible domestic orders below ₹5,000, with a non-refundable ₹250 handling fee.

We ship worldwide to supported destinations, with charges calculated by destination, weight and value. Customs duty, import tax, brokerage and local charges, where the destination country imposes them, are payable by the recipient.

For hygiene reasons, Pavizham jewellery — pierced earrings above all — is final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
