The saree must be unused, unworn and unwashed with tags, invoice and original packaging intact, and our approval is required before anything is sent back. Altered or customised sarees are not eligible. Transit damage, a missing item or an incorrect item needs one continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video beginning with the sealed parcel and showing the shipping label.
