What fabric is Chandana Varnam made of?

Chandana Varnam is woven in Premium Semi Tussar Silk. The semi-tussar texture is what gives a pale, understated colour its depth, and it drapes softly enough for all-day comfort.

What colour is sand beige, and will it look the same as the photos?

The body is a soft sand beige with a pale champagne-gold warmth running through it, closer to sandalwood than to cream or white. What is woven on the body and border?

The body carries subtle vertical floral zari trails with small scattered buttas, so the pattern runs lengthwise rather than in a repeating grid. The border is a detailed zari design combining chevron and traditional motif patterns.

Is a beige saree suitable for a wedding or a festival?

Yes, particularly where you want presence without a strong colour statement — wedding-guest dressing, engagement functions, daytime ceremonies, temple visits and office-festive or ethnic-day wear. A neutral body also lets bolder jewellery lead the look.

Does Chandana Varnam come with a blouse piece?

Yes. It comes with an attached running blouse with zari, approximately 0.8 metres. Three blouse-stitching ideas are shown on this page for your tailor to adapt.

What is the saree length, and are fall and pico available?

Approximately 5.5 metres saree plus approximately 0.8 metres blouse. Prabha's Heritage does not offer fall or pico services — your own tailor can add them. Once a saree is altered, fall/pico-finished or the blouse piece is cut, it can no longer be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

What blouse colour works with a sand beige saree?

A tonal beige or champagne blouse keeps the look seamless and elongates the line. For definition, a contrast blouse in deep maroon, bottle green, rust or burgundy anchors the pale body, which is what stops a neutral drape from looking washed out in photographs.

Is Cash on Delivery available, and when will it be dispatched?

Yes. COD is available on eligible domestic orders below ₹5,000 with a non-refundable ₹250 handling fee; orders of ₹5,000 and above must be prepaid. Ready-to-ship products are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days, with delivery in 3–5 business days to major metros and 5–7 business days elsewhere in India. Standard domestic shipping is free on prepaid orders.

Do you ship internationally, and who pays customs?

Yes, we ship worldwide to supported destinations. Charges and transit time depend on destination, parcel weight, order value and courier. Customs duty, import tax, brokerage and local charges are payable by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.

Can I return or exchange this saree?

An eligible request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery to wecare@prabhasheritage.co.in or WhatsApp +91 7356777369 with your Order ID. The saree must be unused, unworn and unwashed with tags, invoice and original packaging intact, and our approval is required before anything is sent back. Altered or customised sarees are not eligible. Transit damage, a missing item or an incorrect item needs one continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video beginning with the sealed parcel and showing the shipping label.
