How should I care for this Pure Mix Kanchipuram Silk saree?

Dry cleaning is preferred for longevity. If required, it can be lightly hand-washed separately in cold water using mild detergent or mild shampoo. Do not wring; drip dry in shade, iron on low heat on the reverse, and store folded in soft cotton or muslin away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Can I return or exchange this saree?

An eligible request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery to wecare@prabhasheritage.co.in or WhatsApp +91 7356777369 with your Order ID. The saree must be unused, unworn and unwashed with tags, invoice and original packaging intact, and our approval is required before anything is sent back. Altered or customised sarees are not eligible. Transit damage, a missing item or an incorrect item requires one continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video beginning with the sealed parcel and clearly showing the shipping label. Once approved, the unused product must be sent back within five days in its original packaging using a reliable trackable courier; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Do you ship internationally, and how are international charges calculated?

Yes, we ship worldwide to supported destinations. International shipping charges and transit time depend on the destination, parcel weight, order value, selected courier service and applicable shipping rates. Customs duty, import tax, brokerage and other local charges imposed at the destination are payable by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.

Is Cash on Delivery available on this saree?

No. This saree is priced above ₹5,000 and must be prepaid. COD is available only on eligible domestic orders below ₹5,000, subject to delivery PIN code, courier acceptance and order verification.

When will my order be dispatched, and is shipping free?

Ready-to-ship products are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation or COD verification. Delivery after dispatch is 3–5 business days to major metros and 5–7 business days elsewhere in India. Standard domestic shipping is free on prepaid orders.

How will I receive tracking details?

After dispatch, tracking is shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp with the AWB number and tracking link.
